Thank you for choosing Wildfire Productions. We are committed to providing high-quality digital products and branded merchandise. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and our policies regarding refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

By purchasing products through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the official Wildfire Productions online store.

Products available through our website include:

  • Digital Products
  • Downloadable Content
  • Digital Publications
  • eBooks
  • Courses
  • Templates
  • Graphics
  • Music & Audio Files
  • Video Assets
  • Software & Digital Resources
  • Branded Merchandise (where applicable)

Professional services such as consultations, installations, production work, IT support, networking, security solutions, website development, media production, and project-based work are not purchased directly through this website and are governed by separate quotations, service agreements, or contracts.


2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

Digital products cannot be returned once they have been:

  • Downloaded
  • Accessed
  • Streamed
  • Delivered by email
  • Unlocked for use
  • Made available through a customer account

For this reason, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not available after purchase.

Please ensure you carefully review the product description, compatibility requirements, and specifications before completing your purchase.


3. Digital Product Refund Exceptions

A refund may be approved at Wildfire Productions' discretion if:

  • You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
  • You purchased the same product multiple times in error.
  • You received the incorrect product.
  • The digital product is permanently corrupted or unusable.
  • A technical fault on our website prevented successful delivery of the purchased product.
  • Wildfire Productions is unable to provide access to the purchased product after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.

Where possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:

  • Providing a replacement download
  • Correcting the download
  • Restoring access
  • Providing the correct product

If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund may be issued.


4. Merchandise Returns

Wildfire Productions may offer branded merchandise including apparel and accessories.

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Be free from stains, damage, or odours
  • Include original packaging where applicable
  • Include all tags attached
  • Be in resaleable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.


5. Non-Returnable Merchandise

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalised merchandise
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Merchandise showing signs of wear or misuse
  • Merchandise returned outside the permitted return period

6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your merchandise arrives:

  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

Please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging (where applicable)

Once reviewed, we may choose to:

  • Replace the item
  • Repair the issue (where applicable)
  • Issue a refund
  • Offer store credit

The appropriate resolution will be determined after assessment.


7. Order Cancellations

Digital Products

Digital orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and access or delivery has been provided.

Merchandise

Merchandise orders may only be cancelled before they enter production, fulfilment, or shipping.

Once dispatched, orders must follow the standard return process.


8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:

  • An error by Wildfire Productions
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item being supplied

Where a customer returns merchandise for reasons unrelated to an error by Wildfire Productions, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase whenever possible.


10. Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of customer accounts
  • Revocation of access to digital products
  • Cancellation of future purchases
  • Recovery of associated costs where permitted by law

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing contained within this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008) of South Africa.
